A one-time replacement or complimentary repair may be offered under this policy. Our Customer Care and production teams will collaborate to determine best next steps for your case.Your warranty period is valid for one year from the original purchase date. If a replacement is issued during this period, the replacement will remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period and will not begin a new one-year warranty.Kindly note that herringbone chains, custom creations, or any items purchased during a sale/promotion are considered final sale and are not covered by our standard one-year warranty.Spark Studio items are not covered by our standard warranty policy.
