Please note that charms, connectors, or other add-ons are not eligible for replacement.</p><p data-start="691" data-end="883" style="margin-left: 40px;">For one-time 30-day replacement offers, your replacement must be redeemed within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you&#x2019;ve been offered a discount toward a replacement, you&#x2019;ll have until the end of your one-year warranty period to redeem it. Please be advised that re-Sparks not done at an LAJ Spark Studio will void any remaining warranty coverage for your piece.&#xA0;</p><p data-start="885" data-end="1022" style="margin-left: 40px;">For non-LAJ pieces, we&apos;re glad to offer a re-Spark service for a $15 fee at any of our Spark Studio locations; however, please note that no warranty coverage will apply.</p><p data-start="1024" data-end="1413"><em><strong>Please note: Spark pieces with clasps and Spark chain rings are not covered under our Spark Warranty. We recommend avoiding chlorinated pools, hot tubs, and harsh chemicals, as these can weaken the metal and cause premature wear. While walk-ins are always welcome, you may experience a wait between appointments.</p><p data-start="198" data-end="868">We will inspect the chain before re-welding to ensure there are no underlying issues.
