Do you offer a repair service?Updated 8 hours ago

Repairs are available for select pieces originally purchased from a Leah Alexandra Boutique or through our website.

If your item has been damaged and requires repair, please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with a photo of the damage and proof of purchase (Order #XXXXXX) so we can assist you.

If your repair is approved, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Most repairs are completed within 1-2 weeks, depending on the nature of the repair. During busy seasons, repair times may be slightly longer. If you need your piece returned by a specific date, please let our Customer Care team know before sending it in, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

For repairs outside of our one-year warranty, a repair fee may apply, along with applicable shipping costs.

Repairs for Purchases from Other Retailers: Leah Alexandra pieces purchased through an authorized retailer or third-party stockist may be eligible for repair. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to confirm the piece is an authentic Leah Alexandra design and that we still have the materials and tools required to complete the repair. Repair fees may apply. Please reach out to our Customer Care team at [email protected] with photos of your piece, proof of purchase (if available), and we'll let you know the next steps.

International Repairs: Customers outside of North America are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our studio, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
