How do I book an appointment?
To book an appointment, please visit our Spark Studio page. While walk-ins are welcome, they are subject to availability. We recommend booking an appointment to ensure you can enjoy your Spark experience with plenty of time to select your favourite c
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00 CAD per person that will automatically be charged to your card on file.
How much do Spark bracelets cost?

Can my piece be custom-made with a clasp?

Can I switch my spark bracelet to the other wrist?
Yes! If you’d like your bracelet on the opposite wrist, we can safely snip it off and re-spark it to the new side at no additional cost. Just bring your bracelet into any of our boutiques.
What happens if my spark bracelet breaks or stretches?
Permanent chains are delicate by nature. If your bracelet chain breaks, we’re happy to re-weld or repair it at no charge, as long as it is a Leah Alexandra piece and proof or record of the original purchase is available. If possible, please keep any
