Permanent chains are delicate by nature. If your bracelet chain breaks, we’re happy to re-weld or repair it at no charge, as long as it is a Leah Alexandra piece and proof or record of the original purchase is available.
If possible, please keep any broken pieces and bring them with you to your appointment, as this helps our team complete the repair.
