Warranty Policy

At Leah Alexandra, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. All pieces from our regular collections are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. 

Our 1 year warranty covers the repair or replacement of any jewelry piece (excluding Spark Studio) determined by our team to have a manufacturing defect.

Online Requests

To submit a warranty request, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] or submit a request through our online warranty portal, including:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• Clear photos of the damaged area

• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and determine the appropriate solution.

What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship or materials

• Structural issues that occur within the warranty period

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear

• Plating wear or fading

• Tarnishing

• Improper care or storage

• Exposure to chemicals or chlorine

• Damage from impact, bending, or friction
