Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that gives you free returns and exchanges on eligible Canada and U.S. online orders. 

For a small fee of ~$1.98, you can enjoy a smoother return experience with no return shipping costs.

What do I get with Checkout+?

• Free returns & exchanges
  If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item at no additional shipping cost.
• Easy return portal
  Skip the back-and-forth — submit your return in just a few clicks through our online portal.

How do I use it?

If you selected Checkout+ at checkout:

• Go to our Return & Exchange Portal
• Submit your return request
• Follow the instructions to send your item back with a prepaid label (if eligible)

RETURN PORTAL (Canada & U.S. only)

Pickups with Checkout+

For pickup orders, Checkout+ is also available. You can still return or exchange items in-store as usual. However, if you live far or prefer added convenience, opt into Checkout+ and we can process your return online through the Return & Exchange Portal.

If Checkout+ is not selected

• You can still return or exchange your item
• However, you will be responsible for paying for your return shipping label

International Orders

Checkout+ is currently not available for international orders outside Canada & the U.S.
International customers must contact customer care at [email protected] for return instructions.

Important Details

• Checkout+ must be selected at the time of purchase
• It cannot be added after an order is placed
• The $1.98 fee is non-refundable
• Only available for Canada & U.S. orders
