Most pre-order and custom made-to-order items have a standard production timeline of 8-10 weeks, not including shipping, unless a different timeline is specifically indicated (for example, items made in-house like Spark pieces etc., which are completed within 1-2 business days). All pre-order items are custom-made to the time of the customer’s order.

Express shipping does not expedite production but ensures your item will be shipped immediately once it is ready.

Shipping with other items: Pre-order items will ship together with other items in the same order. If you would like in-stock items to ship immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.
