My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?Updated 5 months ago
Not to worry! Occasionally, parcels are pre-scanned as "delivered" while still en route. In most cases, your order will arrive within 24 hours of the delivery scan.
In the meantime, here are a few things to check:
- If you live in an apartment, check with your concierge, building security, or community mailbox.
- Ask a neighbour in case the parcel was left with them while you were out.
If your package still hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We’ll open an investigation with the shipping carrier to help locate your package. Please note that this process can take up to 10 business days.
