My Spark item broke. How can I get it fixed?Updated 5 months ago
During your appointment, we ensure your piece is fully welded together and there are no issues with the chain. However, if pressure is applied or the chain becomes caught, it may stretch or break.
If your chain comes off, please visit one of our boutiques so we can re-weld it for you. We highly encourage booking a re-spark appointment so we can assist you during your scheduled time. While walk-ins are always welcome, you may experience a wait between appointments.
We will inspect the chain before re-welding to ensure there are no underlying issues. Reattaching the chain is complimentary; however, if the chain’s integrity has been compromised or isn't possible to fix, a new chain may be purchased at a discounted price.
If you don't live near a store, please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with a photo of the damage and proof of purchase so we can assist you with a mail-in repair.
Please note that our Spark Studio warranty does not apply to items outside of our recommended sizing. Additionally, we cannot offer complimentary replacements if the bracelet, anklet, ring or necklace was broken or lost through the fault of the owner.
