Regular-priced items may be returned or exchanged in-store, as long as they are in their original condition — unworn, unused, unaltered, and with original packaging. A valid order number or email used for original purchase is required as proof of purchase.
- Within 14 days of purchase: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method or a merchandise credit.
- Within 30 days of purchase: Eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit.
- After 30 days: Returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through other retailers or partnered wholesale stores.
