All items purchased during our in-person and online Sample Sale are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Size exchanges for the same style can be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Items in our Sample Sale are one-of-a-kind and are sold as is. We do not offer price matching.

If your item becomes damaged, please note that Sample Sale items are not covered by our warranty for repairs or replacements. For repairs, please contact a local jeweler.
