We’ve adjusted our return policy so you can gift LAJ with confidence this holiday season!

Orders placed between November 18 and December 24 can be returned or exchanged until January 31 in accordance with the policy outlined below.

All items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return approval is subject to inspection upon receipt.

Sales Policies

Items will not be eligible for price-matching discounted rates.
Discounts are not applicable to gift cards. If a discount is used to purchase a discount, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Warranty coverage will still apply to items purchased during our Black Friday Sales Event.
For recommended order placement dates, please review our Holiday Shipping Times. We recommend ordering as early as possible during peak season!

Regular-priced items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit up until January 31, 2027.
Sale items, including purchases made during our Black Friday Sales Event (November 18-30), cannot be refunded but will be eligible for exchange up until January 31. If you're doing a size exchange only, the original discount will be honoured. Exchanges for different items that are not on sale will not receive the discount.
- The same policy applies to Cyber Monday and Boxing Day sales events.
Final Sale items will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. A return will not be processed for Final Sale items.
Checkout+ Free Returns will not be available for online purchases during any sitewide sales.
