Because many of our pieces are made in-house and crafted specifically for each customer and order, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund:

• Made-to-order items, including all Permanent Jewelry styles from the Spark Studio Collection (online orders  with clasps attached). This also includes charms, connectors & cord pieces.

• Engagement Rings

• Engraved or personalized items

• Custom items including custom sizing requests, modifications and special orders.  

• Promotional or sale items marked as Final Sale (including online sample sale items)

• Gift cards

• Items purchased through third-party retailers or wholesale partners
