Yes! Returns follow our standard Return Policy.

However:

• Refunds must go back to your original Shop Pay Installments account.
• Once we process your return, Shop Pay (Affirm) will adjust your remaining payments or issue a refund for payments already made.
• You’ll continue paying any remaining balance until your refund is applied.

If you return an online order in store, the refund still goes through Shop Pay Installments to the original payment method.
