To preserve the integrity of your herringbone chain, we recommend removing it before sleeping or engaging in strenuous activity. The delicate links are prone to kinks and dents, which unfortunately cannot be repaired. For safe storage, lay the chain flat in our travel wallet to help maintain its shape and shine.
Our Herringheart chain bracelets and necklaces are also considered herringbone-style due to the nature of their heart-shaped links. Like traditional herringbone chains, they should be removed before sleeping and stored flat to prevent coiling or damage.
Due to the delicate structure of these chains, kinks or tears that occur from wear cannot be repaired and are not covered under our standard warranty policy.
